Lorenz and Associates began in 1975 with a goal to provide expert Real Estate Appraisal services and consultation to meet the needs of our wide spectrum of clients.  Frank Lorenz, Jr., MAI, has been appraising Real Estate for nearly forty years and has expertise in a wide variety of real estate appraisal applications.  Mr. Lorenz is a member of The Appraisal Institute (MAI & SRA); Chicago Association of Realtors, Active Principal; Illinois Association of Realtors; National Association of Realtors; International Right-of-Way Association; and is affiliated with The Urban Land Institute.
